For almost three decades, Debbie has combined her patient-focused clinical expertise with a well-developed business acumen. Her diverse health care experience has been formed through progressive positions in acute, long-term care and home care markets, medical device sales, specialty pharmaceutical, and clinician training roles

For the last decade, Debbie has been a clinical consultant for several leading medical equipment manufacturers. Her focus has been on observing, analyzing and recommending vital improvements in public and private sector healthcare organizations and customized medical equipment training solutions for clinicians across a variety of healthcare settings. She has grown her passion, knowledge and expertise as an educator, through a certification program in adult education and staff development.
